3. User Accounts

Account Responsibility:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

4. Billing and Subscriptions

• Subscription Plans: Services are provided on a subscription basis. Plans automatically renew unless cancelled.
• Payment: You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription. Fees are charged in advance.
• Trial Period: Free trial periods are available as specified. After trial, subscription charges begin automatically.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: Refunds are provided according to our 30-day money-back guarantee policy.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing customers.

5. Service Availability and Quotas

Service Levels: We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance may temporarily interrupt service.

Storage Quotas: Each plan includes specific storage limits. When quotas are exceeded:

• New backups may be paused until space is freed
• Oldest backups may be automatically deleted per retention policies
• You will receive notifications about quota status

We reserve the right to modify quota limits and retention policies with reasonable notice.

6. Liability and Disclaimer

Service Provided "As-Is": SiteSync is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the service.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, SiteSync shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including:

• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or failures
• Errors or omissions in backup content
• Unauthorized access to your data

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Data Security and Privacy

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining secure credentials for your FTP and database servers
• Not sharing your SiteSync account credentials
• Ensuring the content you backup complies with applicable laws
• Regularly reviewing your backup status and settings

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of SiteSync, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by SiteSync and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of all content you backup through our service. By using SiteSync, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing backup services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate service at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to the service will be suspended
• Backups may be retained according to your plan's retention policy
• You will have a grace period to download your backups (if applicable)
• All outstanding fees remain due

We reserve the right to terminate accounts immediately for violation of these terms or illegal activity, without refund.
